150,000 Tons Of Intelligent Steel was written and recorded one track at a time between 1997 and 1999 in various locations including Brussels, Luxembourg, Seattle and Aberdeen. The tracks are not related in style, but in their sound, guided by a fascination with robots, real and fictitious, small and over-dimensional.
